  The customer service wasn't great on the phone to begin with. They wouldn't even tell me what could be the problem they kept pushing for an evaluation. I got an evaluation and supposed testing. They fixed what seemed to be the problem and not even two weeks later there is again a problem and they want us to pay another 125$ for an evaluation. I feel there should be at least a minimum work guarantee... they said all their tests were fine so this puts into question their testing methods certainly.
